Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I'm kinda new to SS13 and I was unaware that a single bottle of Sake could get you completely drunk. I found a bottle in the trash (I assumed the CL threw it away) so I took several drinks from it and got completely drunk. I am really sorry for this and I will be more careful of alcoholic beverages in the future.

Oh wow, I didn't realize that It would be lifted in 30 days, I'll just wait it out then If you think I should.

Edit: Or by "If no major problems in the next 30 days then it CAN be lifted" do you mean I have to wait 30 days before I can issue an appeal?

You have to wait 30 days and recieve no notes during that time frame. If all goes well and you go under our radar, it will be lifted immediately when you go to appeal again.

However as it stands, it's likely not gonna get lifted due to the time frame imposed on your jobban. So expect this to not lift at all, but do make another appeal on June 18th when it comes up.

As it stands for me, I'm gonna side with the note and say wait til June 18th to appeal.
