Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): this happen 2 times, the first time i joinned as larva and i walk to see how is the hive and someone killed me whit a flametowher, the second time i'm a larva in the almayer, me and 2 other players are making ''the larva squad'' whit queen autorization and whe are winning i go to SD and i get burned, why i will kill my self ? xenos is fun to play

With the note history you have, you need another month or two before I truly feel comfortable that you learned your lesson. As of now, it is too early in my opinion.

Jobbans are always permanent. We don't have a system for timed jobbans, so the only way to get them removed is to appeal them.

You shouldn't be putting yourself in harms way as a larva, any benefits are outweighed by the downsides. I think the first note as a xeno is forgivable, since you might expect to be safe within the hive and wouldn't be looking out for enemies. For the jobban: Based on the logs it seems like you got too caught up in silliness as a larva and died unnecessarily, after being warned over LOOC by a moderator to not "charge the marines". As long as you understand that what you were doing was foolish, and are more careful as a larva (and a xeno in general), I think it would be fine to unjobban you from Xeno and Queen.
