Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): Well I'm here to appeal to XO, I know I made a serious mistake, I recognize my mistake, I gained experience during my matches, I'm well aware of rules, and probably will not make another mistake like this, I believe I'm ready to play XO again.

First off your topic name is a bit confusing as you aren't permabanned on the server. Also, you need to specify what you are appealing clearly, but in your appeal you said XO. So that's at least fine.
Okay, so seeing as you have just gotten an MP ban recently, and it's for something that I believe deserves the ban, I would say an appeal for XO is highly unlikely at this time.

Though since your MP ban you got inactive for most of may until you started again in July being highly active again. To me, this is leaning neutral on you deserving to be un-jobbanned and it could go either way for me.

Uuuhm, I am not quite sure what to think of this. Your last ban got removed and you got told you should have 30 days without issues.
Now most of the time people mess up somewhere in the middle the end they see the prize and at the start you know try to be good.
But you got a ban for mp after 3 days. Mp bans happen quickly so I am going to ask you this. Can you give your version of events there?
I will take into account your self reflection here quite a bit on if I support the appeal or not.

I believe that the MP ban should not count, considering that XO is an executive and command position, I honestly admit that I'm not good as MP, so I do not intend to make appeals for MP bans, I believe I've learned a lot from bans and warnings I received, as the saying says, with each mistake a new knowledge, I have already erred many times, but I have learned from my mistakes, so I ask you to accept my appeal.

I still would like to know what happened with your version of events. What I want to know is why someone who should be on their best behaviour for a month messes up within 3 days?
You got told to have no incidents for 30 days and had one. It does not matter to me what the incident was about just that it was there.

so the ban MP was a mistake of mine, I had thought that +50 minutes could apply perma, and by a math error I thought it was +50 minutes, and I also thought the crimes fit, so I threw it in the perma.

I'll need your reply on what's done when a prisoner appeals on the server, and why this might be relevant to this appeal.
And how exactly you learned from your mistakes when you kept acting without knowledge of marine law as an MP.

That's right, I'm making appeal to XO, I'm not good as Mp like I said earlier, I'm not 100% informed of the marine law, so why was it banned as MP and CMP,i didn't received a bad note as Staff Officer recently

Then I'll say I believe this should be denied, it's not so much as being good as the repeated issues of not knowing marine law as the one meant to enforce it. You want to operate as the second highest role for the marines without actually understanding the set of rules they operate under, furthermore acting commanders need to act in the place of the CMP if they were the arresting the officer in a prisoner's appeal. Your previous issues as an MP and you ignoring my question in that regard shows me that a marine could not expect you to actually act in that duty as the aCO which is a common occurence as XO, I wouldn't know whether you even knew why you would have to act in an appeal for that matter.

There were two previous notes of low rp in the command announcement and as the queen are also a concern, though those were a while ago. It's not a concern of what kind of job you're getting banned in, but whether you're bothering to improve overall. And the ban for MP makes that questionable in your case, where two warning regarding knowing marine law weren't enough. I would say that you should at least know marine law as the XO and know what to do for a prisoner that's appealing. You did also seem to entirely ignore what I asked from you in my post, because I don't see what you mean in your reply other than "I never bothered learning marine law."

As you have a long history of issues I'd want to see more activity and understanding of that before you play as an XO.
