Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I wish to play again as alien because I want to test the news on the updates. I barely play as human. When I helped my friend, I wasn't considering I should help him but he asked for it, I scolded him and said I can help to some extent.

So I did a little log diving on this one and your friend, whom you released, did not say anything to you in LOOC. Are you admitting to metacommunications with your friend then? Because this sure looks and sounds like metacommunications.

Well, from your notes you are not one of the most easy people to deal with as staff. (Not telling the truth about an incident and logging out during talks.)
I assume you knew you would get punished (harded) by logging out during talks.
How do we know anything like this wont happen again?

First off your appeal is a bit confusing as you haven't been permabanned currently yet you have it as your topic title.

Your playtime since the new year is empty outside of 4 days you did choose to play on the server, and this includes the day you got this jobban. This is also to bring up you haven't even been permabanned or stopped from playing in any major way outside of being a xeno on the server.
You most likely won't get this jobban removed and I would say you need a bit more time on the server before you should appeal again, especially considering you got the jobban on your first time in awhile on the server and haven't played almost at all since.

If you are able to see this, then you can check all my history, thing the admins are doing and you will see that I played as Xeno more than Marine, at least last year. But also, why should I score more play time on the server? I mean, why is it so important, especially after my jobban?

Yes. I mean, off course it's metagaming, I always tell him he is breaking primordial rules by metagaming and anti-rp.

Okay, the biggest thing going with and against you is the fact that you admitted you metacomms.

On one side, what you did just got even worse. Metacommunications is grave offense here and it scored plenty of players actual permabans.

On the other side, you admitted your wrongs and owned up to it. That there shows to me that you are willing to take responsibility for your actions, something many shitters will never do.

You got my respect and I personally am willing to overlook it. I wouldn't mind seeing this get lifted. Note this though, I am putting my name out for you and I will be the first to reapply the ban if you make this mistake again. As long as you understand to not repeat and reread the xeno-rules, and get some playtime on the server.

The ban is going to stick and we won't take any extra actions for admitting to the meta-comms. That said, if we have any future problems with meta-comms or griefing, you will be hit with a perma as you have no excuse to not know about the rule at this point.

Resolved - Appeal is denied. Current meta-comm incident will not pull any extra action but future ones will.
