It's a permanent ban, which for the nature of your offense aren't lifted commonly. Far too soon for yours to be lifted it seems.

As this is a permanent ban, and the offense is something quite 18+ I would say this is too soon at this time.
I suggest going to another server and playing there often enough to get a voucher or repuatation to make yourself have a chance of being unbanned.

I do have a question.
Why did you think it was alright to say something that is very much an 18+ thing when we clearly have a rule against that sort of thing?
