Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): i honestly am sorry about this and i know that this probably won't even be lifted but its atleast worth a try right? it's been close to a year or a complete year when i got banned
and i'm ready to start fresh again (if i can) i'm ready to start new again and forget about this.

Considering the recency of the permaban, I feel it has not been long enough to get this lifted. 18+/ERP I am very much against. I would recommend waiting 6 months to appeal personally and get a backing from another server before trying to appeal again.

While the thing you said in ooc doesnt warrant full permaban instantly (by my book), you doing for a second time in span of 5 days... Let's say on the scale of 18+ content we seen you are pretty low,but the fact that you did that twice...

I'd say play for some time on another server, get a vouch from there that you do not behave there in a same way and then you might get a pardon here

Yeah, it's way too early to lift this in my humble opinion. You literally got warned for talking about rape and then decided to give off 18+ content anyways. Try and get a vouch from the admins at the Halo server next time around, should this get denied.

Resolved - Denied; it's been four months, not even close to a year. This is a serious offense and I suggest you work with other servers to help get this lifted.
