Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): This was months ago and I want to be an MT again. I know it was stupid to disconnect round-start and I deeply apologize for it.

"Ducky Momo" is correct, however the system thinks of it as duckymomo when doing bans/notes which lead to the confusion.

Of course the last one can be ignored, since it seems like it was just a joke ban during an event round. It's been plenty of months, and it's just an SSD ban. I see no particular issue with this being lifted.

Seeing you're very active, (online basically every day of June) and its an SSD jobban. I can assume by the time this is gotten to and you know not to SSD randomly as an important role this should be easily lifted.

Just ahelp if you have to leave and can't make it to cryo to avoid risking a jobban. This really was a long while back and I certainly have no issue with lifting it.

Can you tell me about the spec incident?
Because that makes your notes look a bit worse as it means you have already been punished for the same thing.
