I got this ban because multikeying but i dont multikeying i just got more pcs in my house and i was playing with my friends together in
the same ip and then i just get banned :c

Sadly that is what will happen if you have multiple people on one IP playin at the same time.
Might not be Metacommunications but it can lead to a permaban. I’d say this probably needs a bit of investigation to figure out.

You aren't going to get unbanned immediately, these bans take some investigation to be processed. Answer questions as the staff team asks them and be as helpful as possible and the process will be sped up. Merely asking "when the ban be lifted" is not going to get it lifted any sooner.

I believe this is pretty black and white.

The act of Multikeying isn’t allowed, this server isn’t meant for using LAN Parties or allowing any meta-communication. We’d love to have you back but you can’t Multikeying / have friends / family / etc. play at the same time whilst on the same IP. Same goes for when you die just logging into another beyond account and trying to play again.
