Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I played CMP in a pretty silly manner and released a prisoner early, I berated a MP under my command and was generally unreasonable about letting him voice his complaints, I understand the MP force is to strictly adhere to marine law as well as brig procedures. In short, my bad it won't happen again.

Was being hastled by an MP for a time in medbay as the CMO. Stuck them with an anesthetic autoinjector, removed their headset, and stuffed them in a sealed morgue tray. When told why that was an issue, apologized. Warned in no uncertain terms that the before mentioned behavior is unacceptable and will be met harshly in the future. Ic in ooc was complaining in discord about me/staff disapproving of his actions in the round and giving a jobban for it. Medical ban was because he was drugging and abducting people (The Ro) as a doctor. He was warned for drugging people already. Okay, well notes already done quickly, but now for my view on this.

Low effort appeal which doesn't really help your case, you even forgot to put your ckey into the appeal which while you *are* known, doesn't really help if you put no effort into it.

I see you haven't gotten any new notes in quite some time or about a month and a half to be precise. You are Highly Active on the server, but playing as MP, I have yet to see you do.

So I'll remain neutral at this stage.

Are you planning to play MP? Or just appealing this so you can become CO at some point?

It sounds like you went a bit further than just berating him and actually ended up arresting him for defying you. You handled that situation poorly, but at least it sounds like you've learned from it. Everything else seems to be fine, so it should be ok to remove your CMP jobban.

For Aceluke, his CO application was recently auto-denied due to the CMP jobban, but of course that's not necessarily relevant to the CMP jobban itself.

I believe bob has gotten more mature from his past as a serious shitter (which I remember quite well) and I think it's fair we give him the benefit of doubt on this one, seeing as how his last major note was in April.

Oof! Can't believe I glossed over c-key and Character name, my bad. I do play MP very rarely but it's definitely not my first choice.
Yeah I got the Job ban for being an asshat, and generally trying to push the limits of what's acceptable in a role. (see old med bay notes)

While I suppose this can be lifted since you haven't done anything that warranted noticed recently, the reason you were banned from CMP and such as far as I recall in part stemmed from you using the roles to meme.
Don't do that if you're going to play as an XO/whatever other command role because if another job ban has to be placed it's unlikely it'll be removed for a while.

No problem thanks for the +1's. I was definitely trying to be a meme CMP that round, literally threw the marine law book at a prisoner and released him early since we "threw the book at him" and then bullied a MP trying to do the right thing. Definitely don't have intentions to meme as command staff unless you count Spaghetti's accent.
