I do use a VPN, only recently started using it, but when I was playing I didn't use a VPN, and as far as I know I was not banned for something I did, which has lead to this situation.
(fyi I haven't used the VPN to attempt evasion, that would be stupid considering this is a superban)

I'll look towards getting this lifted in a day or so after I get some more information about this. While you're probably fine, a few other people are having problems similar to yours so I'm going to try to get these resolved as soon as possible.

Right, so multiple people have been making appeals regarding false bans and you're all loosely tied together. Frankly, I couldn't find anything that warrants keeping you held up forever so I'm just going to put down an exception and ask you stay out of trouble.
