Claimed that their 'backpack' wasn't loading.

Welp, here we go. Firstly, that wasn't a doctor, it was a marine. Secondly, I made one mistake: it was a belt rig, not a backpack. That guy just bodyblocked me without any words and tried to punch me to death. I admit that my actions were kinda wrong, I just was VERY surprised because of that bug and did the first thing that came to my mind. There was no intention to kill him and stuff, only to defend myself. From now on I will think about the concequences before doing something like this.

You've acquired two notes since that jobban in June however only one really has any merit. Still, that was back on the 4th of June.

It sounds like you just panicked in the heat of the moment and are otherwise a reasonable person. I think it should be fine to have CMP and MP lifted. Just remember marine law and don't repeat your mistakes in the future, you'd have a lot harder of a time appealing then.
