I maintain that this was unintentional - although lack of understanding of game mechanics was a factor.

Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I think I have a much better understanding of the game mechanics at this point and have read the wiki extensively. Please release this ban - I would greatly appreciate it.

It seems like you're doing the same thing before, where you're not playing much at all. Only 7 days in 2018, all within July. How did you gain a better understanding of the game mechanics during that time?

When can you actually use lethal force as an MP then?

Never under normal circumstances - only when authorized by the Chief MP and only against a suspect actively resisting arrest with lethal force.

Also - I don't think nobody ever contacted me about that last note - Pretty sure I never lied about my injuries and I was being operated on without anesthetic after being crabbed - so there's that.

I'd be interested to hear what would make you comfortable in terms of playtime - SS13 and CM are things I play on and off but I'm happy to make a more concerted effort if that would be needed.

Considering this ban is almost a year old I honestly think being unbanned from at least MP wouldn't cause very many problems. Only thing is the most recent note but that isn't very well related to MP.

I would be fine with MP jobban lift but not CMP, though any problems as MP leads to a jobban again.

I'm not usually too concerned about playtime, except when it's dramatically low. Low playtime was mentioned in your last appeal, which is what brought it to my attention here. Since you said that part of the reason you got the ban in the first place was a lack of understanding of game mechanics, and that you were much more familiar with the game mechanics now, I followed that line of thought with my brief investigation and question.

Since you hadn't played at all for the first half of the year, I'm curious as to how you understand the game mechanics better. Just looking for a little elaboration, that's all.

Understood - when I say I've read the wiki I mean that I've read and understand much better the following topics:

- intent setting and their effects on how objects & weapons impact the target
- the inventory system and how to - for instance - apply handcuffs or a surgical mask to someone in a reasonable amount of time
- how to better manipulate a pulled individual and attach them to a bed, stretcher, sleeper etc...
- the effects of non-lethals and how they are to be applied

Additionally I now keep the wiki open to the tabs on the roles I am playing - so I can keep the procedures in my face at all times.

Sounds good to me. Given how long ago it was and that you at least seem to have put more effort into learning this stuff, I think it would be fine to unjobban you from MP, myself. If you play a while longer, and put some time in with good behavior as an MP, you would then appeal the CMP ban in one month at minimum. That's assuming this MP unjobban is approved, of course. Otherwise you would re-appeal both after a month.
