I was banned for multikeying, apparently I am using a stolen copy of windows 10 and used 2 different accounts to do something on CM server a few days ago

This has been happening to me for a while now, I just got the game about 2 weeks ago and when I first joined TG station, I got PM'd by an admin asking if I was multikeying and my windows 10 information. I am 100% sure that I am not running a stolen copy of windows 10 as I just got this computer 3 weeks ago and I am not running multiple acounts, I just cant even understand why you would want to do that. I just want to play the game, Im not looking to play SS13 with like 3 keyboards and monitors like im a hackerman. I have no clue why people keep saying that I am multikeying. The only possibility i can think of, but is probably wrong is that people are bouncing networks off my acount to hide their multikeying. When i was banned from the server I was on vacation in seattle, I physically could not have played ss13, I just want a way to stop whatever is happening cause its causing so many problems. Thanks for your time.

Do you use a VPN?

Also, what ban code does it give you when you try to log in?

I do not use a VPN, and I don't see a code. It just says 'Access denied' Then the ban message, with this forum link on the bottom.

A screenshot of it might show it more clearly then, but you might be hitting the firewall if there is no sort of ban code.

I attached the files to the posts, guess that didn't work. This is what shows up when I try to join, after about 20 seconds it closes the connection

Yeah, looks like you've been caught in an unrelated ban somehow. Will be looked into as this has been affecting a few others aswell.

Gonna have to sit tight for the time being though, sorry for any frustration it might cause.

Just a note, we are currently looking into this for the actual player whom has been banned, Please avoid connect at the moment as the server may log it as multikeying.

The original ban expired, Beware that this may happen again if someone with the same ID as you get banned again. This is due to computer companies using the same licensing code, Nothing we can do on our end but we'll be looking into it further to see what we can do and possibly improve the system.
