If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned):Returned fire as XO when marines shot me for being cloaked. Accindentally shot the CO who decapped me afterwards. I didn't get a notice for this ban.

Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I have no idea what to put here and I'm not asking that you lift all of my job bans, but if I could choose one job I'd want unbanned it would be SO.

Banned |Duration: 4320 minutes|Reason: During an event round, used UPP gear and got shot at by marines whom mistakeningly considered him to be part of the UPP on two occasions. Returned fire on both occasions and on the second occasion, killed the marine who shot him. Got shot at by another marine for doing so and then began to spray wildly, hitting approximately 3-4 bystanders.

Looks like the reason on the jobban is somewhat different than the reason you mentioned in your appeal. Unless... by "cloaked" you mean "wearing UPP gear"? It sounds like you wore the enemy's clothes and shot at people who mistook you for the enemy, even killing one.

However, you have been active recently without getting new notes, so it should be fine to give you a second chance here. I think the CO, XO, and CMP bans should stay in place for now, at the least. Bear in mind that it'll be much harder to appeal if you get banned for similar issues in the future.

Incidentally, there's a separate ban for RO & CT in your notes. Theoretically you'd have to appeal those separately, but I don't know how much you care about those roles (though I don't foresee many problems with having them appealed anyways since they're just SSD bans).

First of all. It was specifically one piece of UPP gear and that was the cloaking device. So no, I wasn't wearing full UPP gear.
Secound, I never mentioned RO or CT in this job ban. Being an RO is not a 'chief job'. Yes, ROs are the ones that order the CTs, but CTs are more like assistants and RO is more of a managing person than a full fledged chief. I understand I have to make a whole new appeal for the RO and CT jobs.
Thank you for reminding me to clear that out so I don't end up being denied or punished without even being able to appeal like a few times it happened.

I do have to say the cloaking device is one of the only non uniform items that when used by a marine can still get you fired upon. The transparent sprite is hard to tell on if someone is a marine or upp. So I can imagine them shooting anyways.

Some of the command bans could be lifted with no recent issues, any further bans due to grief or the like would not be lifted easily though.

Since I have nothing to add (due to already agreeing with terms.) I'll keep silent. I'm completly fine with the Co Xo CMP and the other chief jobs being off-limits for now.

Resolved, CO (As it's whitelisted), SO, PO, MP, CL lifted. Keep showing us you have changed and we'll see about the rest, otherwise it'll be back to square one on appealing them.

You may appeal RO/CT whenever you feel like it.
