Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc):
I was playing a normal round as CMO, when something IRL came up. I do not wish to elaborate on what specifically as it is neither relevant for the topic nor something I would share online at all.
For said task, I expected I would return in 5-10 minutes, so I proceeded to move myself to the CMO office.
Unfortunately, it ended up taking at least 20 minutes, after which I absolutely did not feel like stressing myself further with a command role on CM. Since I had already been autodisconnected, I figured I would leave it at that.

I believe it has been quite a while since the ban, it was not malicious in any way, and there is no pressing reason to keep it there, I would like to have it removed, both so I can play as CMO as necessary, and for potential future whitelist applications, which have 30-day wait time with bans.

I realize I made a mistake by not informing the staff, but I prefer placing certain personal things above 2D spacemen.

Pretty much what Sky said. Your notes are no problem whatsoever and a routine SSD ban should be easy to have lifted anyway.

Perfectly understandable. Next time if you can just shoot us an ahelp that you're leaving for a few minutes but will be back, just in case.
