Reason for ban (If you have a Permaban, it should be the EXACT MESSAGE YOU GET WHEN YOU LOGIN with the Error code that looks like this: X##XXX##. If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned): Received a PM telling me i've suicide multiple times.
Link to previous appeals for the same ban (if applicable): N/A
Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): A while ago I was going through family problems and sometimes I had to run away from home, so that my character was not thrown alive for the xenomorphs I would kill myself so I would just get out of the situation (at the time I had no science on cryo). Now all these problems have been solved and I do not have to worry about the game, I'll just play it normally.

Re: Job-ban (Squad Medic) appeal
This may require some further investigation, since one of the notes mentions a "previous note about suicide", but it seems like you don't have a previous note about suicide. Do you happen to know about this situation?
TLDR: Go back and read it. I spent time writing that, ya know.

Ordukai: I nave no Idea, sometimes i've suicide but with legit reasons, not just a forced log out (chestburst things)
Solarmare: If i do remember you should PM the staff / Ghost out.

Re: Job-ban (Squad Medic) appeal
I did some digging but I couldn't turn up anything that looked like it matched, and the staff member doesn't remember the situation because it was so long ago, so I'll just ignore that for now.
You seem to understand what to do when you need to leave, so it should be fine to unjobban you from squad medic. We understand if you have to leave unexpectedly for whatever reason, obviously there's a myriad of IRL reasons to drop the game and leave, and IRL takes precedence over a video game. Just do your best to let us know or cryo properly, and it should be fine.
