Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I don't even know what to write for this. My internet died temporarily at the time, I didn't realize I had been jobbanned until days later because I rarely play those roles. However, I don't think I deserve to be jobbanned considering that it was totally out of my control. I can't make my ISP not fuck up, lol.

Deserving or not this is just standard procedure for dealing with people in non-standard marine roles that go SSD midround, Lotta people do it intentionally wasting the job slot and from our side it's hard to tell if it was ISP Issues or someone just rage quitting and or disconnecting with no reason.

Best bet is if you notice anything funny going on to try and quickly ahelp that your internet might go down or if it does go down use a phone to hop onto discord and ping a staff member so they can relay to someone on server to cryo your body, Freeing up the slot and avoiding the ban.

Eitherway i'm down for giving this a +1 to lifting, Shit happens.

It's a bit odd that you were logged out due to being "AFK". Normally people are kicked out after 10 minutes of afk'ing, but I believe if you lose your internet, you're just logged off immediately. Perhaps it's some server thing I don't understand.

Either way, as long as you understand the proper procedure (when possible) for leaving the game whether it's at the start or not, I think it should be fine to lift your XO and SO bans.

One of the staff members who works on this kind of thing is on vacation, so it may take a bit longer than usual. Mind you, two days isn't that unusual.

Oh, for sure. I just saw the thing that said "24 hours" in the sticky and thought it might be abnormal, idk. If they're on vacation then they're on vacation, nothing to be done.

Resolved, SO/XO job bans lifted, Try and avoid going SSD, if you think it's about to die, you are best off sending an adminhelp before it dies, Of course, we understand that sometimes this can't be helped.
