One-Click-Ban

Post by Spooky696 » 28 Sep 2018, 07:33

Your Byond ID:Spook696

Character Name:Michael 'Bozo' Idionski

Type Of Ban (Job-ban (include the job), Timed Ban, Permaban):One Click Ban (EORG)

Admin who banned you (if known):adralimas

Total Ban Duration:180 minutes (I know it's very little but I want to clear out the situation before it stacks to my badboy points and I have to wait a long time to be able to try and get an appeal on the roles I got banned from.)

Remaining Duration: 180 minutes

What other servers do you play on?: The SCP 19 one.

Are you now or have you been banned on any servers? Which ones?: This one and Aurorastation once.

Reason for ban (If you have a Permaban, it should be the EXACT MESSAGE YOU GET WHEN YOU LOGIN with the Error code that looks like this: X##XXX##. If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned): http://prntscr.com/kzrraz

Link to previous appeals for the same ban (if applicable):

Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): Johnny Murphy the marine started shooting walls and shit and as a smartgunner I was doing the same, but I was using my smartgunner kit and I did explain that I cannot harm anyone. This guy on the other hand can really hurt me and did, once I thought by accident, then he went next to me and just shot me and then when I was walking away he shot me once again. I pulled my revolver and returned fire.

I was a witness of this after the round ended but that won't really help,

Bans take at minimum, 24 hours to be investigated and processed. Avoid appealing for a 24 hour or less ban.
and also EORG bans are not investigated, holster your gun after the round ends and avoid any combat logs.

I think investigating a 3 hours ban won't work since Admins will do investigate it 24 hours. Also, I am a player witness about the situation. Michael Bozo is a great player and know what he is doing. Johnny Murphy can do really accident to shoot someone or he doesn't know what EORG means. Bozo isn't a stupid player at all he is a competent.

Do not return fire at End of Round. If someone is shooting you, do not react in turn because you'll both be slapped with the EORG ban.

This will likely not be lifted. But in future, just watch as the bozo gets banned in front of you and chuckle.

I don't care for it to be lifted, as I said I just wanted to make it clear that it was pretty annoying and I don't really want this to be added to my badboy sheet. That's all. Anyways, thanks for the replies and support.

If you get griefed you dont shoot back you ahelp it.
If you generate a FF combat log during end of round you are banned for EORG no questions asked

As per the rules the ban will expire before 24 hours, so it wont be fully investigated.
If the player was not banned as well, and you feel that he did grief you, you may file a player report if you so desire.

Expired, don't appeal bans less that are 24 hours or less.

Resolved.
I used to play Luke Compton. Now I play Reginald Dempsey.
