Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): This is really baffling. I haven't been able to play CM in the past few days due to my internet being down -- forcing me to use my phone's hotspot. And the times I do manage to get on, I simply observe as there's way too much latency and ping to play. Recently, I've been trying to login today, and I got dced, with the hotspot being super slow. Now, a few hours later, I've attempted to login again, with my the hotspot being faster, and this ban code popped up. It's confusing.

Alright, so, possibilities. Your phones Hotspot may have counted as a seperate IP, getting you caught in a sticky ban.

Your brother may have used a VPN at somepoint whilst playing and got the sticky ban.

I don't live with my brother at the moment, so I'm going to go with the first one: The phone hotspot being counted as a separate IP. If that's the case, do I have to provide the hotspot's IP?

Both of the IPs you have logged with us (Via the forums) are TMobil Dynamic IPs so I can only assume them to be your Hotspot, Both of which are linked to the Permaban.

Yes. I have T-Mobile, and the phone hotspot is what I'm also currently using to get on the forums -- do to my net being down. I'm only using my phone hotspot temporarily until the internet is re-activated. From the looks of it, you've got the right ones.

Edit: My internet just got re-activated, though I'm assuming the ban will persist through.
