Are you now or have you been banned on any servers? Which ones?: I am banned from Paradise due to OOC issues between me and the administration. The ban is permanent and does not reflect my conduct as a player, and I have chosen not to appeal it. I also have a long-standing ban on Yogstation for greytiding, which I do not seek to appeal as I do not have interest in the server.

Although TC is currently not a playable role, I'd like to get this cleared up and take the chance to apologise.

I do not recall the specific details of this incident as it was a while ago and I was fairly tired at the time. My recollection of the events is that I spawned in as tank commander, and proceeded to purchase a loadout which was sub-optimal (the details escape me). I was not maliciously intending to sabotage the tank by doing this, though I admittedly was not placing due weight on the experience of the rest of the marines, especially my fellow commander, when I picked the loadout. The other TC proceeded to attack me as a result, which caused me to lose interest in proceeding with the round, so I proceeded to cryo quietly. I discussed this some with a staff member who was online at the time, and recieved a permanent TC ban.

I'll put my hands in the air on this one- I fucked up. I shouldn't have made the loadout options without at least consulting my fellow TC, and I shouldn't have cryoed without fanfare once confronted. My intentions were not malicious, but regardless, it had a negative impact on the round, especially the other player, and for that all I can do is apologise. In future, I'll consider my actions more carefully, especially where they have direct im pacts on the rounds of others, and make sure I do not end up as important roles if I am not willing to see the round through.

Resorted to targeting a marine that stole his weapon, when the other marine moved, he shot the marine and it caused a firefight between the two. Warned for improper escalation.

Banned by |Duration: 180 minutes|Reason: Improper escalation, disarm spammed a marine to remove them from his dropship, which then escalated to him punching the marine. marine then retaliated with punches, after a few punches, coldflame85 shot said marine. No MP's were called for, player was then shot to death by others, due to this incident

Banned from Tank Crewman - Vended an 'unorthodox' tank loadout (smoke launcher etc) at roundstart and then almost immediately went to cryo, depriving the other TC of any choice or possibility to replace them without major req burden.

I'm not sure, however, that it is mechanically possible for us to remove a TC jobban at this time though.

What Tharinoma said, i'm not sure if we can even remove a TC Job ban due to it's indefinite removal from regular play.

As far as I know if an admin enables the tank at round start, you need to roll for the role like everyone else

I'm not interested in debating or discussing at length my issues with the paradise staff team.

-My playstyle on their server was not appreciated by members of the administration team, but did not violate the rules.
-I was banned due to my OOC conduct. This was fault on my own part I will not debate.
-I did indeed evade this ban. I did not act maliciously in doing so, seeking to play on the server. I understand this is not acceptable practice.
-I was later unbanned. I was then banned, unbanned, and rebanned as a result of irreconcilable conflict between me and the administration team. I do not agree with this ban, but I do not care to contest it.

I am not free from guilt in this situation but I do not believe my history on the server is particulairly pertinent here, nor do I believe it indicates I am an outright undesirable player. If you disagree, that's fine.
