Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): There was once a time when I was in a trade school, which had a crappy NAT setup that blocked general internet access, typical school internet. I learned to hack into Admin accounts and install a VPN over the network; in a nutshell, I used to be able to play BYOND games with ease, including CM-SS13, but the VPN glitched this ONE time and I was suddenly banned. I assume that's why it was perhaps for Multi-keying, seeing that I only have one Byond account that I actively use/remember. As far as Ban-Evasion, I know not.

If you use a VPN you may get caught using another IP that may have been used by someone who is permanently banned or mulitkeyed.

Try to avoid VPN on the server, as it's likely to get you banned for things you didn't do. Made an exception for your ckey so you should be able to get on the server.
