Shot CE as an SO for an insult pertaining to gender. (CE claimed Svit Daki (A woman) was actually a man that got reassigned, this didn't go down well with Daki resulting in a fight that ended with the CE shot dead/near death and dragged to medical)

Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc):
It has now been a little over four months since this ban was applied and approximately 35 days since my last appeal. When my last appeal was declined I was asked to show I have improved my understanding of the rules and play actively without getting into trouble, to my knowledge and memory I have done this. I do not commonly play a command role (excluding Chief Engineer, my main role) and I feel that now would be a good time to start trying it out again, starting with SO and then working my way up to XO. I have dedicated a lot of time to this server lately, going so far as to apply to join the staff team (declined), as I said within aforementioned application, I want to help the server. Getting a firmer and more direct grasp of command roles will help me with that as I often find a lack of command staff in the mornings (this is because I am in the UK so a large part of the playerbase is sleeping) which can cause hysteria and/or very short rounds.

As they are more well known I intend on retiring Svit Daki and keeping with my main Character Charles Edwinson as their personality and behavior would work better than those of Svit Daki.

Minor note, had a bit of a clarification problem with how survivors are processed on the almayer and who they have to listen to. Was dealt with smoothly as the understanding of processing survivors is a bit difficult to reason. Good player, understood the situation. Aaaah yes I remember.

It’s not much of an excuse but I was tired of using LOOC and having the Xenos use that information to discern my location, as there is no way to “prove” they meta’d the info
