Alright so back at the end of July I posted my ban appeals, one serious, one not so serious. I talked about dick sucking for the entire round as the executive officer, I was given two weeks, and I'd wait those two weeks in regret. Now for some reason right as 2 weeks and 1 day came in emerald blood banned me permanently. What I did, I do not think is worse than some pink haired weak-minded trap with a paragraph of background information telling me how she walks with one leg being taller than the other and how her other breast droops. I thought, myself, that those 2 weeks were good enough for what I did. I'd like some consideration and some thought into my application, as I've put decent hours into the game, the only other incident I've done is when I was banned for 3 hours for running into enemy lines as a worm. I like the game, I've enjoyed my time in the game, so I'd like some sympathy to be put into this bullshit alright, alright.

You were not banned by Emerald, but by another Staff Member. Judging from your appeal, it doesn't seem as if you've really learnt or thought to hard about why you were banned in the first place, assuming your last note is true. Which by the by, ERP is not acceptable on our server.

I will wait for other Staff to place their opinions on your perma being appealed, but as of now, I am seriously considering -1ing this.

EDIT: Your last ban was done by another staff member and they filed for perma, but Emerald finalized it and placed the perma on your account. That one is my bad.

Ok I've just read your permenant ban and the evidence supplied. Honestly, the content in which you were permanently banned for is justified, not only did it breach the 18+ rule but you took it a step further by ERP'ing aswell.

I'm not really convinced that you've learned from your lesson. What have you done in the time you've not played here to ensure you don't break any rules and do you play on any other Roleplay servers that can Vouch for you?

Every ban that I've been given on colonial marines has been over-exaggerated in such a way that 1-2 more bannable topics have been added onto my bullshit, it was just LRP, the 2 week ban was just fine as I've only received 1-3 day or 3 hour bans in the past. just saying 'you must of had to suck a lot of dick to get into your position', that is not erotic roleplay. I also don't see why saying 'sucking dick' is 18+ either, I wasn't directly saying that i was gonna suck on someones lean green bean stalk alright, it was just the same as saying fuck you.

Saying you’re going to, or someone else is, is still going to be treated as if you did or had. We do not tolerate someone saying or telling others to suck dick, as that is rather erotic in nature. It’s like if you threatened to murder somebody, then when you get in trouble for making such a claim, but argue you didn’t actually do it. And arguing that the rules are vague doesn’t do you any better either. It’s ridiculous and the fact that your entire argument is based around this fact is especially ridiculous. I’m not gonna argue it, as this is not a place for that, nor is it mature, but you’re not helping your case any further.

This is up to the heads to resolve, but personally I think the outcome is rather obvious.

there was nothing behind it, I only stated that 'you must have had to', I wasn't saying that I was going to suck on their dick. It's not ridiculous, I'm saying that what I did say wasn't erotic in anyway, maybe helping me in getting myself unbanned by taking a portion of the 3 broken rules out of the ban. 2 weeks is what I believed I deserved, beforehand I had never gotten a week ban, I had gotten a day ban and several hour bans. Minor bans. What I did was in no way similar to me getting down on my knees and combing the commanders pubic hair or killing someone in the middle of the round. ID theft for taking a pilots ID to get out of a hairy situation, building barricades because i was falsely accused by the MPs for trespassing and that i had no means in turning myself in, EORG for accidentally shooting someone in the head when a runner was closing in. The point is I'm not a bad guy and I wish to have another chance.

Because I never erotically roleplayed with anyone or myself, I guess saying sucking dick was 18+, but the action was never involved or said in an erotic way. I understand that it was low roleplay, I understand what I did wrong, and I sure as hell won't be doing it again if it means I have to go through a gauntlet of bullshit. I like the game, and I want to tell you that I will change. I've been playing stellaris with a black guy for 6 hours alright, maybe I'm not getting what you want me to tell you, but I'm sorry. I want to change and I'm willing to change, I don't know what else you want from me other than my opinion and my apology, but I will come back far more disciplined than ever, hell I'll write flavor text about Willy Whirlow being a little goody twoshoes if need be alright. Maybe a good stand still would be a job ban from ship roles, but I dunno, I like the game and i want to play the game.

Shows you are not a trouble maker if you get a vouch from another server (One thats active), and shows us you can follow rules and can be trusted.

We have very little tolerance for ERP, and the post we had to remove does nothing to fill me with confidence. Until we can be sure you're going to behave appropriately, there is no reason to lift this.
