If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned): Since its a discord ban I cant check but if I recall it was because I posted a boob drop video where right before anything actually lewd is shown it cuts to a little minecraft guy saying "YOU JUST GOT CAUGHT LACKIN" and after an admin deleted it and said it was still NSFW I said "Ha I caught the admins lacking" after they had told me to stop

Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): Okey dokey so basically after I got banned, I apologized and stated I regretted it and I shouldve heeded their warnings and I had originally thought the ban was temporary but after around 2-4 months I guess it wasnt. I can assure you folks that I have learned my lesson. Also I believe that a permaban for something so minor is a bit brutal and heavy handed.

What's your discord profile number, for checking.ERP/18+ content is about the most serious offense on the server and anything involved with it in general. Being flippant about a thing which can and does get people permanent ban on the server for a single instance would give a reason.

Sayings its +18 is subjective, like I said most of these videos are just memes and nothing actually 18+ (by my definition which is you know typical genitals and porn and stuff) its just a couple memes where it cuts to a minecraft character saying "you got caught lacking" and the scat stuff is literally just a meme where his ass is halfway out a window (literally all you can see is his asscheek) and all he does is let out a trail of FAKE shit not real its just a joke. While it may be NSFW in your book saying "whats going on in your head" makes me believe you think I posted genuine porn along with gore and other shit. I only posted Ricardo memes and a boob drop video that cuts to a guy saying "You just got caught lacking" I did not post those videos for the sake of "haha funny edgy me posting porn in a discord" I posted it because it was a meme and it made several other people laugh. Nothing entirely lewd was shown just a guy in a thong dancing, a boob drop cut right before the boob is actually dropped, and a video of a guy FAKE shitting out the side of a monorail with music over it.

I want to reiterate I did NOT post porn or anything of the sort, I posted them because they were funny. I get that there are people under the age of 16 or whatnot playing the game and using discord but I mean really sheltering them against a boob drop that CUTS TO A MINECRAFT CHARACTER and a meme about a tik tok girl that cuts to a guy in a thong just dancing doesnt seem like a permanent ban is necessary.

And like I stated in the appeal I have apologized and regretted my actions I am not making an appeal for the hell of it just to go back in and post more porn and shit. I apologized a couple days after I was banned which was months and months ago.

As far as I believe in second chances, I do remember what you've been posting - pretty much every single "meme" you've dropped was either distressing or distasteful. You've been told several times by several people to stop, to no avail. I'm very, very neutral on this one.
