Reason for ban (If you have a Permaban, it should be the EXACT MESSAGE YOU GET WHEN YOU LOGIN with the Error code that looks like this: X##XXX##. If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned): The reason I was banned was because I, as the CMP did not follow standard operating procedure, applied false charges and tampered with evidence where I admittedly should not have despite my numerous Ahelps to have my actions reviewed. (To see where I could improve.)

Yes, it is recent, but it is definitely one of my least played roles that I almost always keep on low to deviate from the standard run in and die or survive marine gameplay.

Any torture IC/OOC as a CMP/MP will not be tolerated one bit even if its RP wise.
The role of a CMP/MP is considered a mini-moderator of sorts for IC issues, so when people screw it up, we take it very seriously.

If charges are applied to someone they have to be accurate and something they actually did. Command can order arrests but even those need to be investigated on whether they occur whether the crime occurred.

Abusing prisoners for no reason (flashing/pepperspraying) when they're already safely detained breaks marine law. This is too recent and shouldn't be lifted.

From a player prespective

I was a MP however I was busy doing multiple things not related to Jessie and Sven(IE a situation revolving around a guy who had shot at me with a shotgun early in the round, ran around, attempted to jailbreak, tried to commit suicide, then detaining said suspect in perma. After that I believe I was helping a new player via mentorship). THEN there was this drunk guy guy who did a assault, gave him NJP to drink coffee and run around the normandy 5 times (along with 25 pushups).

I really didn't see Jessie and Sven until much later. When I came upon Sven he was trying to kill himself in the cell, he had gotten himself down to 13 percent health, I immediately healed him up in the prison medical area and took him to the sanitarium for suicidal players. I called the local synth "YUKI" to deal with psycological problems and "LUBAGO" as he described it which was the cause of said psychosis.

Then I had to log. Due to dinner if I remember correctly.

I will say that it would have been a pretty stressful round to be a CMP due to the amount of problems there were

From a mod perspective

He broke marine law as a MP. While I can overlook some of it (especially since i was log diving and the XO/CO DID were talking with the CL constantly) the peperspray was too far.



I'm still log diving but regardless the peperspray as a torture device wasn't a good thing
