Shot at a marine as an XO repeatedly because they punched him at roundstart.

I dont remember why me and the marine started fighting but it got very bad. The marine started pushing me so i pushed him then he started punching me. I was taking a lot of damage and shot him. The CO then performed a BE and i was taken to surgery where I got banned.
I shouldn't have shot the guy or even hit him back, I should've just waited for an admin to get involved. I liked playing as command and would love to again. If i get unbanned I wouldn't get into fights with marines.

No issues as of recent and the ban was a while ago. Admits his fault so I believe we can give him another shot. HOWEVER, After checking your activity for this month and last month, its almost non-existant. Have you just started playing again?

It should be noted you've barely played during these last months, only a few hourq total in December.

You haven't received a command ban but a number of bans from different issues. Since your appealing for command, +1 for an SO ban to be lifted since you realize what you shouldn't be doing and it's been some time.

A command ban is an overall job ban of all command roles, which wasn't placed on you.

I was banned from XO and SO at the same time for the same reason but if that’s the case I’m appealing for XO

To iterate for you,
A command ban bans CO, XO, SO, CE, CMP, PO and TC if I'm not mistaken.

If you have been banned from SO, you'll be banned from XO (Usually) and the same in the reverse. You can appeal the both of those at the same time if you wish as they're the same ban but the liklihood is that if you get accepted it will be for SO only, and the XO role will have to be appealed again after a month of good behavior. I hope you find this to be of some use.

Thats alotta note accrued in a short amount of time but nothing since then so it seems the ban did the trick and straightened you out. +1 dont waste it

The questionable aspect now is whether any of the job bans should be lifted at this point, and given your lack of activity lifting one role as is would be the limit if anything's being lifted at all here. XO especially will require a good amount of time on the server to actually be accepted in an appeal.

You're logging hours consistently this month and the notes have popped back up with two in the last few days. I'll have to see you play consistently without getting into trouble to consider lifting this. Wait a month and we'll see.
