Raiding the armoury and assaulting both the CE and CMP is sketchy, but may be allowed in certain circumstances. However, you went past what's acceptable by turning hostile. While you may argue that you only shot at a closed door and didn't hit anyone, the fact is you turned hostile against Marine Staff and attacked them with lethals, whether you hit them or not.

Initiating sheananigans of this level is risky, and you went over the line of what's allowed from a rescued survivor. The jobban is correctly applied and despite your spell of good behaviour earlier this year you're starting to cause trouble again. This ban will stand for at least one month.
