The ban was a little more than a week ago.

In my opinion, I'd say try and play doctor or researcher for a while before trying to get this appealed right away.

If you have no issues for a few months with those roles then I'd support having this lifted.

A lot of recent notes, and it feels awfully soon. I'd also support this after a month without issues. -1 from me for now.

-1 from me. If you had caused so many problems as CMO so recently, there is no possible way you could have learned the role well enough in the mean time to perform well now.

You also have a recent note as a CE, which suggests to me that you may have trouble handling the responsibility of head roles in general.
