Reason: [22:39:02]OOC: (LOCAL) Jason Heathcliff/Viperious : Lumdor is the gay and a salty. Bringing up past stuff on the server. I'm banning him for three hours because he wants to harrass me about something that happend on Discord..

I made a joke that Lumdor "was the gay" after someone in OOC said that "Lumdor is love. Lumdor is life." Obviously as a joke as we have a shakey past at best following my recent perm ban on discord following an incident.

Lumdor, was obviously affected by this as he then announced to the entire server in big black text "OOC: Lumdor: Viperious I'm sorry that you think I'm gay but I'm not that one that posted furry pokemon porn in discord." which immediately elicited multiple mods and mentors to comment in OOC about how I had just been "destroyed", so I said in LOOC "Lumdor is the gay and a salty".

Shortly after this while sitting in briefing, I recieved a 3 how ban for "harrassment" and bringing up "something that happened on Discord".

Now my appeal is quite simple, as anyone should be able to see that the ban reason is just flat out bullshit. I made a joke about Lumdor being gay, so he told the entire server that I posted furry pokemon porn to the discord, neglecting to also mention that it was both a mistake and only 2 people actually saw. And then proceeded to ban me after I added "and a salty" to my original joke.

Do any of you justify banning people for trying to make light of a tough situation between me and Lumdor? asside from Lumdor himself who will probably auto deny the appeal becuase I dare to challenge his judgement.

Forum Rule #3 for ban appeals: Bans take at minimum, 24 hours to be investigated and processed. Avoid appealing for a 24 hour or less ban.

If I was there, you'd have probably gotten a 7-day ban at the least. Consider yourself lucky for a 3-hour and if you want to keep being a piece of shit to people then expect to be banned from the community. "Joke" or not, it's not funny in the least bit and if I hear from anyone that you're causing more problems, expect that 7-day ban. You're free to play on the server after your extremely short ban is over but we're not tolerating that kind of shit here so it's 100% in your hands on what happens from here.
