I'm trying to get unbanned from the server that I played like if not 1-2 months ago. I'm completely lost and I don't understand why that's even showing up considering I haven't been banned from the server in the first place by anyone. I'm just really lost right now considering it has a date time stamp all away back to 2015.

Looking through the Perma-ban archives, I don’t see any mention of a perma ban ever filed for the ckey Madface. The last time you logged in, did you do so with a VPN by chance?

Not a VPN but I do use like a PPoE service provider that I have to log onto so that's probably why, kinda semi-vpnish. And I don't even remember that 2015 event. LOL I don't even think that note is for me.

I see.Well in any case, this is something that the heads would have to resolve, and there is no exact timeframe in regards to how long these can take. Please bear with us as we look into it more and get your situation resolved.

Looks like you got caught in a sticky, probably due to your service provider, so we'll add an exception for your ckey.
