First off I joined this round as Xur as a joke because right now I am extremely intoxicated which is really no excuse for anything. This is how the entire incident went down which can be checked in the logs. Landen Kuster for the most entire duration of the start of the round was running around me and spamming clicking with me with help intent. Threw random objects at me and than threw a smoke bomb at me while I was in Alpha Prep with other marines. We land on the Nostromo I jokingly click on a marine sprite with the M4A1 in my hand(Non wielded) so the "Xur fired point blank range at such and such" still appeared. Landen than begins to run around and start punching me so naturally I start to punch him back. I run off but he still tries to chase me and attack so I pull out my weapon and fire on him. I than say "Stop" and stop firing than Felix begins to fire upon me with a magnum I fire back ad run. I than tell Felix "To stop and I dare him to shoot me again" he than replies with "I will mess you up son". I walk down the hallway and I see Felix walking forward so I fire first and he fires back. My bullets knock him down and Landen behind him starts firing at me so I run again. I go into the shuttle and Felix is in the mini room at the end he comes out with his magnum after I said again over comms for "Felix to Stop" beforehand. We exchange fire between each other. He gets knocked down again by my bullets again. I leave squad lead says "Get ready to move out" over comms I reply back. Landens than enters the shuttle and begins to fire on me I fire back and he gets knocked down. I than shake him up so he can grab the medkit. He pulls out a knife and slowly begins to chase me so yet again I fire upon him knocking him down. Finally I ready to leave the shuttle than over LOOC I see the character playing Felix call me a douche. So I take some of his items such as his helmet and his health scanner and exit the shuttle but come right back. I see Felix has died from his wounds so I stuff him inside a body bag outside of the shuttle. Open it back up and wanted to see if limb removal worked and took out my knife and tried cutting his head off. It doesn't so I zip it back up and leave than shortly after I get a message from Total asking what happened. I reply in around two minutes with a medium sized reply than a few moments after I am banned.
- killed to(Two) marines for no reason: Only one marine died which was Felix because there was no one to get him up and treat him properly which can be seen in the logs his text did not appear because I was not present. Which was all cause by us getting into three fire fights with each others after I told him twice to stop.

- they also though(Threw) a smoke frag at the beginning of the round in prep: No that again was Landen who three the smoke bomb while we were getting weapons in the vending room. I however did activate a smoke bomb in the Alpha room with the flashbangs when the lag spiked. I was the only one in their and threw it against the wall in the room left and closed the door.
- Along with fighting a few marines. .: I only fought two marines and those were the exact same marines who were in the entire incident.
One basic reason is needed for the ban to be revoked and that is because the entire incident was not random and was entirely In character which in the rules states with lethals admins can not get involved.
