Character name: Davin Theodore
Admin who banned you: adjective
Initial duration: 120 minutes
Duration remaining: Probably a little less than 120 minutes
Reason for ban: EORG
Your appeal, including evidence (an http://www.imgur.com album is recommended for multiple screenshots): I was supposedly banned for End of Round Grief, an admin by the name of Coroneljones messaged me saying "So.." I assumed he was commenting on the fact that I was incapacitated from being shot multiple times due to EORG, so I messaged back "yup, erg", and then all of a sudden I was banned by adjective. I didn't participate in EORG, the only time I shot Marines after the end of round was in self-defense. I'm guessing he mistook my message for a confessions, somehow, but I can assure you it wasn't. I mean, I know it's only two hours, but jeez, I'm feeling a little indignated here.

Anyone who fires a shot that hits anyone that isn't an antag is tagged for EORG.

I understand that, but couldn't they have at least asked, "Hey, why did you shoot at x?" or they could've checked the command log to see who fired first.

Doesnt matter why you did it.
As stated, if you fire your weapon or cause harm to another ally it's a auto ban.

Re: Banned for the Wrong Reason (Ban Appeal)
That's not how it works. If you attack someone after EoR, it generates a log. If you shoot, you get EORG. The guy who shot first, probably got one as well, but our procedure is VERY CLEAR. Anyone who fires shots that don't hit antags/aliens after EOR, gets a 3 hour ban. It FLOODS our logs, making it very difficult to track who does what, so our accepted procedure is "blanket-ban".
