Reason for ban (EXACTLY what it says when you try to log in): As a maintenance tech, wrenched the showers so that they turned super cold and hurt people, and then logged out in "Ships Crew Quarters"

Your appeal, including evidence (an http://www.imgur.com album is recommended for multiple screenshots): I understand that it is just a dayban, but bay code servers tend to keep permanent records that they hold against you later, so I wanted this entry removed for a couple of reasons. I don't really have evidence, but there may or may not be people willing to back me up on this. The first thing is that showers wrenched to cold do no damage. The other reason is I wrenched it to cold because my guy had just eaten a bunch of 'super spice' stuff the CE made and was trying to cool down. (he was passing out from pain for a while so it was quite a bit of capsaicin) EDIT: Please also remove the assocaited CE and Maint Tech jobbans.

Yes.... They do damage... If you turn a shower to have cold water on. It will do damage to them. Taking temperature damage is a thing. If you stay in a shower for a long period of time when its tempature has been reduced it will damage you. It also slows you down

I wasn't aware of that, it certainly sets on extremely slowly. I have never seen the cold end of the spectrum do damage outside of people getting thrown into space.

I do remember someone handing out super spicy food that had been laced with condensed capsacin. Everyone was running around rather amusingly, one guy tried to swallow a fire extinguisher.

I'll remove the note from this ban. When you get on, have someone remove the jobban from you. I don't believe I can do that remotely, sadly.

If this is the round I'm thinking of, I did notice receive reports of super capsaicin candy bars, but only after the reports about the shower sabotage. I suppose that making a super cold shower is a way a person might attempt to deal with fiery pain in their stomach, though I'm pretty sure that realistically it wouldn't actually help.

Regardless, if in the future you encounter another super hot food, don't leave the shower running and tampered with. As a general rule.
