It's been 3 months since I was banned, I know that you got super pissed at me, but I am very very sorry for what I have done
Also that was the first time I was banned from the server and it seems a bit too much to have been permanent
I am still regreting what I done that day

Then you get confronted and only mention you voted for the other map but that prison was chosen. You state you were rioting but that isn't a valid reason for any of your actions.

Your behavior was completely unacceptable and I'm not sure if I want to support your appeal given the behavior that you displayed.

In wich I am restricted the usage of certain jobs (e.g: Banned from all jobs except doctor), for a period of time (e.g: a month)
In case I have an acceptable behavior, do my job, and I cause no griefing during that period of time. My ban will be lifted.

Of course, this is only an idea, you can decide if it's good or not, also you can modify it.
