Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I was banned from Squad Medic by an admin after killing myself early in a round as I had to leave and was unaware that I should enter a cryo. After waiting 15min for a response during our conversation, I assumed we were done talking and got off, because I had to go. I come back on to see a ban for a few days and when I got on today, a job ban for Squad Medic. I forget the name, but the guy really wouldn't talk to me except to say that I did something bad. After that he was silent.

Maybe a month? I can't say, but it was sometime this year.

I will not support this. I was going to support this but your last comment made me change my mind.

Disconnecting in the middle of an admin intervention simplely becuase the admin was taking too long to type is not acceptible and you are lucky that you did not get a server ban alongside it becuase if it was me I would have issued a server ban for disconnecting during admin intervention.

I am against this ban appeal.

If you didn't see, I said before that I did receive a server ban. I had to go, i'm sorry that i'm not going to sit there for upwards of 15 minutes waiting for someone to respond. Real life is a bit more important man, I can't believe you don't see that. I messaged him to ask for a response and was ignored, so after waiting a bit more, I logged off. I killed myself because I had to go in the first place. Why are you against an appeal when you don't even know what happened?

I apologized for killing myself, I didn't think to put myself into a pod. I received my time ban, but I really had no chance to speak to the admin who banned me, or I would have explained it was a mistake. Do you jobban Marines who kill themselves? Being a squadmedic had nothing to do with what I did, and while I understand I put the squad out of their medic, it was an honest mistake.

You waited about a minaute and yes I know that for a fact becuase I can see everything that happend in the server log. During that time the admin that was "ignoreing you" was making an OOC message over OOC which you would have seen and known that he was not ignoreing you but handleing multiple issues at once which is something admins do alot.

Do you jobban Marines who kill themselves?

Is not an acceptble reason for suicide.

The reason I am upholding this ban is becuase not only do you not seem to care about server roleplay due to suicideing just so you wouldn't get looted and you don't seem to care about the administration team due to disconnecting in the middle of admin intervention after waiting less then a minaute when you could clearly see the staff member handleing other things in OOC at the same time.

And yes I did see the server ban being issued

but what I ment was a much longer and larger ban becuase I dispise poeple who disconnect when an admin is trying to speak with them. It shows disregard for anything they where saying and lack of careing for what they are doing in general.

However, due to the fact that this is a job ban rather then a server ban there should be no reason to uphold it longer then a few days considering you are not and overly shit player with medical roles.

Thank you, I meant no disrespect towards the admin, I was in a rush my mother came to visit me and I do not live with her. I apologize, but I really did have to go. I would definitely appreciate another chance to play Squad Medic and now I know better than to do what I did.

I don't understand how it's selfish? I had to go, I acknowledge I messed up had I known better i would've put myself in cryo. I literally made one honest mistake. If I had thought of it at the time, I would've gone to cryo and it would've been done with.

Alright, locked. I was actually going to deny this personally - had someone look into it and stuff just never got around to checking this - but I will let Allan's decision stand.
