Are you now or have you been banned on any of them? Nope, no bans on other servers at the moment. I can access any.

Reason for ban (Exactly what the WHOLE text says, if there's a Code (X##XXX##) and you don't give it, you can't be unbanned): Shooting someone to death because they made me bleed out into a critical state by fracturing my chest and sending the shuttle off before I could get off to get medical attention for the fracture they caused. Apparently I "over reacted" to almost dying simply because it only took them one hit to fracture my chest and crit me with a harm baton.

Also they added that I was being disrespectful when all I was doing was trying to explain my point of view by opening communication in a way they would better understand from what they showed me by communicating with me.

You need to take another pass at the rules if you thought shooting the Commander with an SMG was an okay action.

What you did was against the rules. If there were no admins on then you should have ignored him if they wernt perusing you any longer. And made a player report. By attacking him later in the round there was no proper escalation. As far as I can see this ban is justified.
