He needs the message that appears when you try to connect to CM. More specifically, he needs the code that appears on it.

Ok, When you login to the game, it says this correct:

T13JAN16 - History of Notes, toxicity towards staff, requested and approved through staff permaban system

Those first numbers, THAT is your ban-code. The rest is what you should have put into the reason for the appeal...

Are you still not able to login? If Not, when you try to login, GIVE ME THE CODE IT GIVES YOU. That code, is generated by me (on the remote), when the ban is placed, and it's how I have the bans sorted. If you can't give me the code, I literally can't unban you.

Probation is a period where if you break any server rules (IE something that would get you a timed ban), you're straight back to being permabanned as you are now. It's a one-month period where you prove to us you are capable of following our rules.

As stated before, we can't start your probation period without your ban code. It's actually impossible to unban you without it. So it's on you to get that to us.

Here's how it works:

Get me the ban code soon, or you will be at my whims when the ban gets lifted. I only process these every so often, so if the ban is still in place now, I need the CODE or it's gonna be awhile before you get unbanned.
