Are you now or have you been banned on any of them? LLA, however was early in my times as playing on SS13 and have since not gotten another ban on that server.

Reason for ban (Exactly what the WHOLE text says, if there's a Code (X##XXX##) and you don't give it, you can't be unbanned):
commited acts of malpractice as cmo, killed an mp because "he was gonna die anyway" and then picked up a rilfe and opened fire on mps while being arrested.

Honestly, this situation was a huge misunderstanding than begun with a marine coming to me with his foot off, and asked me to reattach it. I admit I should've consulted the admins after my first mistake, however I've never had to do so with any other type of surgery, I consulted the wiki and it didn't exactly tell me, so I attempted trial and error, and eventually that lead up to me amputating his right leg, after that I asked the admins to tell me how to attach a robotic right leg, after no response many crew members were made aware of my actions, after that I was confronted by several admins, after that they finally replied with what I was led to believe was the actual method of doing what I needed to do, after attempting that I ended up injuring the patient further, leading to a pursuit for my arrest which ended with me opening fire on the MP in question. I understand my mistake in terms of shooting the MP, however if the players of this server cannot count on the advice and recommendations of the admins and moderators of this server, how can the players with less experience be expected to know what to do? I asked for help. I was given help, problem is that help was not correct, I sincerely apologize to anyone affected by my latest transgression on this server and hope those affected can appreciate that I honestly didn't intend to cause you any harm, rather that I had tried my best to help you, and even went to the extent of asking the admins and moderators for assistance in treating you. I beg you all to consider that I was not entirely responsible for the harm caused to my patient, and ask that at the very least my ban be reduced to a significantly shorter sentence.

Earlier in the round you killed an MP, sawing into him and drilling into his head, Your reason for it was because you said, "hes was going to die anyway" You did clone him, but it still doesn't make this ok, you cant kill marines without consent. Second, was the malpractice issue, I got admin helps that you were lopping off legs and etc from a few people.
You clearly didnt know what you were doing or how to play as doctor. Weve said it before, if you dont know how to play a role, then you probably shouldnt choose it. Our admins also gave you the correct steps to perform the procedure, but you didnt perform them properly. Then you only made things worse for yourself when you picked up the pulse rifle and opened fire on mps during your arrest, which you've received a warning for for a similar event in the past.

While these notes may diminish your chance of being unbaned they will not affect my investigation into the possibility that staff ignored you and feed you wrong information. Once the logs update I will investigate the matter and if I find any wrong doing by the staff you can be assured that they will be punished. However if I find that you are lying in this appeal I can assure you that this ban will be elevated.

You were given proper medical instructions with the caveat that I might have some of the steps backwards (I did, the last two.) However the issue was not that the steps were incorrect, as they started correctly and would finish the procedure with a very easy change. But the issue was rather you attempted to do surgery without anesthetics and while the marine was on the ground ontop of a scanner rather than in a proper OR and on a surgical table.

Going to go out on a whim here and say that you're probably lying to some degree.
Seems like EVERY role you're in you end up doing something wrong or breaking rules, to the point that I don't think you've even read our rules yet?

Further more, the notes are honestly getting ridiculous now... you've accumulated so many notes. I agree with Allan, your ban shouldn't be diminished but perhaps Gentle made a simple mistake in giving you instructions. This wouldn't however give you free-reign to continue on with the further rule breaking you committed.

If you're caught lying, there's a good chance you'll be processed for a Perma Ban. Simply because not only are you constantly breaking server rules, but now you'd be lying and forcing server investigations on top of everything.
