First off, he wasn't a marine. He was a maint tech which i asked to show me where is the corporate liason's maintenance so i could retrieve my Alien harpoon.
Then he started screaming NO! and tased me and the other survivor for no reason i saw or thought about. I was really tense about the situation i may prolly deserve that ban but really, if you think about it RPly it would be ok.
I died twice and if you are paying attention to my talking i saw too much and had my best friend "Jack" killed while i was talking to the Liason and i told him about this stuff.
So i thought he wanted to kill me or something and i started loading bullets at him and running at him. I believe a marine shot the maint tech too while i was screaming for help. His head got destroyed in the process though i didnt mean it.
Then i had a talking with my mom which ended in my mom closing my computer that's why i couldn't reply i'm really sorry about that and i will be more careful next time ;-;

I appealed to clear my Face really. I don't want to be doubted by anyone and i'm sure you understand that too. No one hasn't been banned at least once.

The biggest problem was that you indeed disconnected before I could ask your side of story. I only saw from the variable logs that you got tased by a sulaco crew member and you responded to it by opening (lethal) fire on him. Based on the variable logs, your previous notes and stories from two witnesses I was supposed to ban you for three days but I had to be quick with the ban and banned you only for 1440 minutes because the server was about to restart (start a new round) before I could check your notes. That is why the ban is only 24 hours.

But I am convinced that you have a good attitude because you appealed only to clear your name, so I recommend to just wait for the remaining 20 hours and come back again. You can request your notes if you are interested.

I went to check what happened specifically from the logs. I will split this up in three sections, logs, notes and my conclusion

Basically, it seems the MT Jackson Gunner, played by Totalanarchy fixed the CL´s office in the beginning

Not exactly sure if Corporate Stooge hacked the door, but it is quite likely because the two were interacting with MT who tased them. He also apologized him before he started to tase the two. I find the tasing completely unprovoked because the survivors didn´t show signs of aggressive/evading behavior.

After multiple times getting tased and asking to stop they both got triggered and Sagasword murdered the MT and immediately logged out a second after firing the last bullet.

Player was involved in a friendly fire incident.... he was shot twice in the head by another Marine. He used this as a excuse to kill the other marine, claiming that marine shot him "20 times". I checked logs and it was a clear case of friendly fire... Total even accidentally friend fired another marine as well which makes this quite ironic. Due to players previous notes it's a 24 hour ban, otherwise it would of been a simple warning. Player has a history of this behaviour. by  (Moderator) on Sun, January 10th of 2016

Broke into the RO's office and almost started a fight. Force slept him before it escalated, begangiving me atttiude after by (Moderator) on Sun, January 17th of 2016 

As a BO he arrested his XO for putting cigarettes on him. he knows BO's are not allowed to uphold laws on sulaco. i checked logs and the XO never harmed him in anyway... Commander ended up taking the XO out. When I told Total i was ONLY giving him a warning he of course got angry again and told me to get off his ass. by (Moderator) on Tue, January 19th of 2016

Got excessively angry over being arrested by an MP and told me how he planned on getting revenge on the man who arrested him by kidnapping him. Acted very belligerent by on Sat, January 30th of 2016

10 day ban, for his notes and past history of bullshit as well as his attitude. He shot the shit out of cargo, hit an uninvolved marine, then complained "excessive" when the MP robusted the shit out of him. by on Sun, February 21st of 2016

Apparently accidentally shot a marine 3 times, one of which was in the head, while "attempting to save him from a runner" (Logs show a runners presence). However the victim called him out on the friendly fire, and so Total dragged the guy, Barry, away as a medic, Lukas, chased after him and attempted to treat Barry. Total said "No, he dies" and threw him out into the darkness beyond the FOB across the river. The medic retrieved and treated Barry. Later, when total was shot in the hand by a sniper, he shot her back once and cussed at her, which he claims is friendly fire and she claims could not have been FF. Given his agregious previous notes, this is a 10 day ban pending perma. by  (GameAdmin) on Sat, March 5th of 2016

MY CONCLUSIONS

TotalAnarchy is still under probation. Tasing of the two survivors was completely unprovoked, considering they did apologize hacking/trying to trespass and did not show signs of any violent/evasive behavior.

I think the following rules were broken by TotalAnarchy

0. Don't be a Dick. - No chance was given for the two survivors to negotiate or even surrender even though they asked to MT to stop multiple times and apologized their crime.

8. Job Specific Rules - Unless you are an MP, you should not be enforcing Marine Law.

10. No Powergaming - MT should not have a taser because he has not received the training to use it.

Because of multiple minor rule violations and because TotalAnarchy is under probation I recommend a ban for 2 months.
