I wasn't able to get the exact text, because instead of pressing the button for a screenshot I hit the power button as my dog ran into the table sending everything everywhere. However the main reason was because a marine I was trying to bribe (Xur 'Ghost' Durgens) into working for me was being attacked, so I beat the shit out of the guy attacking him (Dino something, I honestly don't remember.) and eventually shot the assailant.

Before I begin, you should know I have no idea how job bans work.
For previous reasons stated, I do not have evidence of the event, however...

I am guilty of what was listed, and in the past I did fail to act properly as the corporate liaison (rushed into combat and save some marines, wearing combat armor and using a pulse rifle with a stock, barrel charger, and RDS) and acted like a trained marine, instead of the trained operative that the CL is. However, to my previous summary of CL knowledge, the CL is a highly trained operative who also happens to be a bad-ass. (IE, having the VP70, sometimes getting requests to steal thing like the blueprints to the Sulaco or implanting a bridge officer with a loyalty implant, stuff like that.) So I thought that I was within the bounds of the role and how my character could act. Now I know this is not the case, and I waited three days after being banned so I could legitimately feel the wrath of the ban. Now, since my two favorite roles were CL and Spec, I rarely actually get into rounds at the start because I am almost never made Spec, fuck you too RNG, so I am forced to play as standard marine often, which I don't exactly find fun.

So, basically, I feel that I've felt the punishment, I understand why I was job banned, I've learned my lesson and you shouldn't expect this to happen again, and the next time I'm given a role I'm uncertain of, I'll PM a mentor. I hope that whoever is reading this considers removing the job ban at some point, and I'd love feedback on if I'll be allowed to play as CL again or if I should put my interrogation suit, that smells of bad acting, up in my cabinet for good.

Regardless of your admitince (which is always appricated thank you for that) I Don't think this ban needs to remain.

Clearly you understand what you did wrong and now know not to do it anymore. In extension to that You admitted that you where in the wrong which is something very few people auctally do when appealing a ban from the get-go.

Im all in favor of lifting this however be advised that if it is lifted you will be walking on a very thin line due to your notes and the next ban may not be lifted so easily.

For that IC in LOOC, I said "11/10 medic, allowing dying marine behind him to bleed out. Maybe help me please?". I see how that was against the rules and I never apologized for that, so I'm doing so now. Not so much of an excuse as how it could be interpreted, but I see how I was at fault. And if something you say can be confused for breaking the rules, it is breaking the rules.
While I have no excuse for the engineering bans, except that I know what I did was wrong, that was actually my second round on CM and I didn't feel like reading the wiki for it. So I broke the rules due to laziness. Again, not an excuse, when I was an XO planet side I went down AFTER the CO went SSD/left. And for the MP ban, it was already dealt with, but I went AFK for a long amount of time and thought that the ship had already been boarded, but I should've checked the chat history first anyway so I'm still at fault. And for the the attachments, I did so because I wanted the round to flow smoothly and not have an attachment mutiny or riot that causes severe damage to the ship. As a note, I didn't steal the RO's ID card, I fabricated another. Again, not any valid excuses, I'm merely trying to explain my reasoning so you know that I acted with the best of intention RO wise, and I thought that if I died as the CE another could come on, again one of my earlier rounds with CM and SS13 in general. So I lacked understanding of spawning, roles, round start, etc. But thanks for reading my appeal and responding to it! Have a nice day and enjoy the game!
