Westhybrid falsely claimed in the reasoning for my ban that I was assaulting marines, and that I used poor escalation. I agree with the poor escalation part, when I walked up to the Liasaion and pointed a gun at him while he was having a meeting, and I put it up on my belt, and then right after that, WestHybrid froze me and started talking to me. I had not laid my hands on another Marine that whole round, and when I did use my firearms ( I killed a marine, Karson and shot at a Marine who shot an MP, Bert, and shot me in the foot,) I used them for the right reason, and for my future safety and for the MPs, and the Liasaion that round assaulted me by punching me in the face, earlier, and was talking shit on comms to other members of command, and resisted arrest from me multiple times, along with commiting insubordination, as he had refused my orders to surrender many, many times during that round, and then Weyland Yutani let him off with his crimes and he was allowed off with his fucking crimes, and that pissed me off and that led me to do what I did, I pointed the gun at him as a warning for what he did, as he disrespected me many times and the admins let him off with what he did ( Like when they did when they used their power as Weyland to let him off))

And anyways, poor escalation in itself shouldn't be a bannable offense, unless it leads to murder or something really bad, or unless the person has constantly shown really bad RP, at the minimum it should lead to a warning

He didn't get banned for punching me, but I got banned for warning him with a gun.

Didn't harm him in anyway. Before I got banned, Westhybrid claimed "He was leaving you alone" and that I was going too far. He was talking way to much shit over comms and thought he was on-top of the world.

And on top of that, he kept on trying to get Command and MPs to arrest me.

Anyways, this has turned into a "give me a reason as to why I shouldn't perma ban you now".

I banned you for the marine you blatantly killed earlier and for the fact that, as the second in command of a military vessel, you went up and pointed a gun at the head of a civilian because he was giving you back-talk, and when I tried to address the situation with you, you told me he had been "pissing you off all round."

And your poor escalation of force DID lead to a murder, the same guy you unloaded on way before I even froze you a half hour later. I gave you a warning and you kept on acting irrational and hostile throughout the round. You have so many priors it's not even funny anymore.

Now, I was the CL that round, and I believe I should say my point of view. I punched you once because you were insulting my character, and I walked away after that. You continued to use that single punch as an excuse of my assault. You also got an MP to arrest me, but I escaped due to a marine stealing your gun or something, which I learned you then killed said marine, which that itself is not a reason to kill someone. When I asked why you killed him, you said you had no other choice because the MP by you wasn't handcuffing him. Skip a few minutes later, I go into my office and you rush in and taze me repeatedly. You handcuff me and bring me to the brig to imprison me. You say you are going to give me the harshest punishment you can for each of my crimes (most of which I didn't even do) and demote me. This is where an issue arises. I'm not entirely sure if you can do this, but it added up to an hour of imprisonment, which pretty much means I am going to be in the 2x2 cell for the rest of the round. Another issue is you can't demote me IC, only Weyland-Yutani can do that (I asked Feweh if the XO can demote the CL, and he said no.) An MP that was loyal to Weyland helped me escape, and I had to get my ID from you, which you ended up changing my job to Dick Head CL, which isn't mature, nor funny, in the slightest. I went back to my office, and faxed the report to Weyland, when a survivor, who I presume was West, said he wished to speak with me. We spoke for a bit, and that is when you came in and aimed the gun at me. West sleeped you, and I don't know what happened next, and he said you got banned. That is all I really wish to say. Everything said above is as true as my knowledge remembers it. I may have left out a few unimportant parts, so yeah.

EDIT: You also said "Fuck the USCM, Fuck you" which probably isn't what an XO would actually say, as an XO would be one of the most loyal people to the USCM on the entire ship, next to the Commander. (Unless of course, a mutiny occurs.)

Solacian, well you were being a dickhead that round, and you commited Insubordnation, Assault, and Resisting Arrest, and you admitted assaulting me over comms, and now you're trying to say you didn't commit these crimes. I told you to stand down many times throughout the shift, and you didn't, and plus you resisted arrest so much I had to shoot like 50 times in Briefing. You could have ended the situation right there and surrendered, but you prolonged it, putting oter guys in danger, and I asked that Marine for the gun many times, and I feared for my own safety, my future safety and for the safety of the crew, which forced me to do what I did, and after I got him down, I brang him to Med-Bay for revival. Yes, I did run into your office and taze you. Because you kept on pushing me, as you had RESISTED ARREST NOT ONE, but MULTIPLE TIMES throughout the shift, and commited other crimes and you refused to acknowledge the consequences of what you did, I did say I was gonna demote you, but I didn't really know that XO had the power to, but anyways when you got out I gave you all your access back, as I asked admins if XO is higher than Liason and they said yes. When I said fuck USCM and all that shit, I meant that because they was letting you off with you was doing.
