DO NOT APPEAL 3 HOUR BANS (OR LESS).
DO NOT APPEAL THEM AS THEY WILL NOT BE INVESTIGATED IN TIME.
The only exception to this is if it accidental or you're 100% sure the ban was meant for someone else.
Appeals take typically 12-48 hours to investigate at a MINIMUM, so if you appeal a 3 hour ban, it probably won't even be looked at until it's expired.
