My appeal doesn't have any evidence per say, and is moreso an admission of guilt and an apology.

When I was playing as MP, I ran into the situation of having to kill an alien on-board and keeping my shotgun because of a call to a situation shortly afterwards IC. I approached it and saw that a number of people were taking fire/getting shot. I manage to tase the individual after he had shot about three people and was in the process of handcuffing him when a Marine who was behind him began to use the help stance in order to get him to his feet. At this point, after him getting up, he also shot me in the head with some AP.

At this point I switched to my shotgun while I was in crit and my vision was cloudy. I saw Sleh Marbo going for a medkit, and honestly knee-jerk shot him with a slug and ran behind the briefing door. He approached me and drew his, so I shot him again twice.

Honestly, it was just a chaotic situation and in order to not die, I kind of overreacted. I'm aware that I wasn't supposed to use lethals on him regardless of the situation, but I wasn't thinking in the moment with three people dead, and assumed Jenson was still alive. I also thought Sleh was actively helping Jenson, but was ultimately wrong.

Ultimately, I suppose I'm just simply sorry for it and am just trying to get another chance and the job-ban lifted. I admit entirely that I was in the wrong.

Its been 4 days since you were banned. I would suggest waiting at least a week before appealing a job ban.

I apologize if this is out of place, but I'm mostly involved in this as I play Craig Jenson. I was a colonist that ended up getting tortured (shocked by a grille, set on fire, jacketed, and shot with lethals) by MP's. After the other colonist who made it out was executed, Jenson snapped IC and targeted only the MP's as they chased him in the canteen. Umber came and I shot at him. Marines stepped in and got caught in the crossfire. I was wearing marine armor so some marines got confused and thought rogue baldie MP.

I understand he broke an MP policy, but I see far, far worse being done by MP's. He reacted on instinct. Umber was the only one in the brig who wasn't being a total shitter too.
