Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I was arrested during a round where there was a lot of unrest, cause the RO hates giving out attachments and marines were getting a little wound up. MP's try to drag a marine away from the line cause he was arguing with the RO, I push said MP over I shortly after get arrested. I serve my sentence banging on the windows of course, who doesn't right? I get released and a marine named Artyrial Loudain was being arrested and I take them away from the MP, we both are caught and arrested. They take us to the brig and sit us in a chair for around ten minutes I would say. We then free ourselves and fight with the MP's for being garbage and not following marine law like they should be by putting us in a prison right away despite the fact there were 3 mp's in the brig at the time doing fuck all. We get brigged and they fail to strip Artyrial of her weapon and she escapes, she then tries to break me out since I attempted to save her, I escape and then try to break the door of of my cell, I dropped the weapon and tried to disarm the MP trying to stun me, when I got slept, we talked shit on looc for a bit, I told the trial mod what happened leading up to this and he said that I joined an improper mutiny. I personally do not think this was a mutiny as we were not against the command staff merely the shitcurity trying to free ourselves. We didn't , or at least I didnt, even harm the BO that was in the room.I believe this wasn't a rightful ban.

This was mentioned in another thread but I'll post it here. We're going to be punishing pre-briefing shenanigans. Its stupid and it needs to stop. Rounds shouldn't be restarted so easily and thus harming xenos players just because of some rowdy marines.

Okay I understand, have a good one. Cause I'm going to be honest, although I don't usually start the shenanigans I happily join, I wouldn't be heartbroken if the ban stayed since its valid, I read the other persons ban appeal, have a good night.
