Hey man, I'm sorry you got banned for this reason, and this is going to be a hard ban to fight. This server is an English speaking server, and I hate to say it so bluntly, but you should probably try and stick to servers that speak your language, as the language barrier almost completely removes any chance of playing on our server successfully.

I walk around and hear beating noises coming from cryo and low and behold I see this guy beating the XOs head in , when I asked him why the hell he was killing the XO , he said " i am novice". Obviously wasn't novice enough to know how to find a crowbar and beat an SSD'd man head in.

I was Angelo Pearsall. I was outside research, when he fires a round in my general direction. I wait 5 seconds, assuming it's an accident. He says nothing and doesn't move, so I head to the stairs to put a wall and door between me and him. He then follows and plugs me with 2, possibly 3 rounds, as I manage to get up the ladder (pretty SURE he intended to empty the magazine).

Honestly, you seem both like a griefer AND someone who can't... fully understand what we're saying about him...
-1 to letting you back on early, and personally, I'd like you to read the server rules, http://cm-ss13.com/viewtopic.php?f=57&t=5094 , then rephrase ALL of them in your own words and post them here, before coming back so staff can see you're serious, correct you about any misinterpretations you may have, and so you can get some english practice. But that's not up to me to decide.
