Reason for ban: Improper escalation in RO, went from fists to guns after being screwdrivered by the RO, who had a gun, and was following proper escalation.

Thanks to my laziness, today we'll have to work without any logs. Where should I start...
Right, RO line. I joined in at 6th minute of round, quickly got my stuff and went to cargo. Line was about 6-7 men long, and I came just in time to hear RO screaming at charlie marine that, quote, "NO MORE THAN 1 ATTACHMENT PER ANYONE". Hearing that, half of the line started screaming about riot and private Nai used this moment to climb over a table and start disarming that retarded RO. Damian Wal joined her, so did I. Long story short, MP comes in, gets disarmed, his taser goes into disposals. RO almost instantly switches from disarm to his screwdriver and MP keeps on stunning everyone with a stunbaton after standing up from disarms. Since being stabbed to death wasn't a very interesting idea, I switched over to punches and we fought with RO for about 1 minute, screwdriver vs fists. After that, not sure why, maybe out of boredom, Damian switched to his m41, but quickly got fucked up by MP. Since shots were already fired, I helped out Damian by shooting RO (who was using Damian's stunned state to fuck up his eyes) with his rifle. Oh, I should point out - there were no escape from cargo, RO closed shutters, so my only option was to deal with RO and MP before they dealt with me and Damian since conflict already moved to gunfire stage.

Reason is "improper escalation", right? Well, lemme quote rules here: You must properly escalate the situation (Argument > Pushing/Shoving/punching > Melee weapons > Guns). RO moved straight to point 3 after disarming Nai once. I didn't have any melee weapons (ranged ones as well, actually) on me at that moment and was properly escalating everything up until the point when Damian fired a burst at RO. After that, I didn't have any other choice but to help him out, although, since punching stage lasted for good 2 minutes, imo it was totally fine that he moved straight from punching to gunfire, since his direct enemy was using a melee weapon.

I hope I gave you enough information to reconsider it as a proper escalation of conflict, at least on my side. Even though I know that I joined a very shady riot (yeah-yeah, RO was acting like a total dick, but who cares), 3 days ban is a bit too much for helping fellow marines in need. That wasn't me who escalated it to a gunfight and I didn't have a gun in the first place.

So yeah, unbun my lovely beard or at least lower it to 1 day, please. Peace.

P.S. Not sure what happened with Nai, maybe she jumped into disposals at some point, that's why she mentioned only once.
