Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): first off i don't have any screenshots. however i will say this ban happened on the 16 of october of this current year. Pretty much from what i remember (when i try to get in the message doesn't show much about the ban) I was being stupid of course and at this time i already had a ban from med/sci. as i ran into battle as a medic. I believe pretty much what happened is i was a marine with a shotgun, and i remember at the time we were watching out for aliens aboard the station. so i saw a guy acting very strange and sorta hiding. so i instantly killed him with my shot gun. so when someone else tried to shoot me i had to shoot back in self defense but they weren't killed. and then pretty much i got banned for killing a guy on a weak hunch (which i admit is true) im not exactly expecting for the appeal to be accepted but considering this was a while ago and i've read the rules of this server, i believe I am fit to be allowed back into the server keeping the medical and science ban though.

i got the ban and left the server alone for a month or two and during that i read rules over even more in depth. thats all im saying.

It seems to me that you show no remorse for your actions. You don't deserve an unban until you recognize that you have wronged other players.

Analysis: Player recieved 3 griefing bans over the course of 3 days. Player blasted 2 separate people within less than a minute and a half of each other claiming misfire on both instances. Player was extremely non-chalant in his responses to Biolock and seemed to lack any regret over the incident. Player also exhibited an extreme lack of understanding of both our rules and the general mechanics of our server.

Recommendation: Player's appeal be denied with ability to re-appeal in 3 months time.

Further recommendation: Biolock be mandated a spelling course for inability to spell the word "whim".

On top of this information, I found a permanent job ban appeal for Head of Staff on Paradise Station. The events took place on the 2nd of October, 14 days before he was banned here.

I could not help but notice that you have quite a few notes regarding your less-than-stellar behaviour as of late, and a worrying tendency to Self-Antagonize, up to and including attempts at Mutiny because you were annoyed by civilians asking for things they should not have.

In this particular instance, you wordlessly opened fire on the Captain for no discernible reason and immediately logged out of the game when detained.

The player's excuse comes down to the fact that he was new (his BYOND profile states he's been playing since July 17, this year), and that he felt he was excused in his behaviour because the captain made him angry.

He then goes back on what he says.

Ok in that case I'll just tell you. I thought griefing would be fun. Obviously it wasn't worth it and made everyone else suffer for my dumb actions.

I think what he said in that appeal is exactly what took place here. He griefed, got caught, is attempting to make excuses for himself, and will likely admit that he just wanted to ruin other people's fun towards the end of this appeal's review.
