Reason for ban (If you have a Permaban, it should be the EXACT MESSAGE YOU GET WHEN YOU LOGIN with the Error code that looks like this: X##XXX##. If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned): I was suppose to be banned originally for 3 hours and job banned because I beat a guy up while he was in prison, they informed me I was going to be banned. I told them I was going to SSD, I can see why they think I was avoiding punishment (?). I did pm them saying I wouldn't be on for the rest of the night, and sunday because I had to be away. I had work today (saturday) from 1100 to 2300 and the same times on sundays so you can see why I couldn't be on. I said since I was SSDing if for whatever reason they couldn't ban me I'd be back on monday so they could and if there was a problem to byond message me. Since I never mentioned I had work but said I had to be away Synde took that as ban avoiding/ d/cing to leave and extended the ban to I don't know how long. I was banned Friday, November 11th 2016. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding and the situation, all I ask is the original ban be implemented and my notes changed as my leave of absence was not malicious.

I understand this ban will likely expire as of rule 3 and I apologise for taking up any time of the staff to investigate a misdemeanour like this. However, I feel that the situations with the ban notes isn't justified but falls under the jurisdiction of the appeals. As Synde was not in any wrong to assume what he did however I don't have a reason to drag out a complaint on him when it can be solved over a ban appeal.

I banned the other MP who did this exact same thing. I believe a jobban and 3 hour ban was more than sufficient, and I do not think that this player was trying to void his punishment.
If the ban is still in place, I would recommend removal of it at this point in time.

As the person who banned you, I banned yout for longer than the other MP because you were leaving, after informing us that you were leaving, and wouldn't be on, I scaled the ban because you would not feel the consequences of your actions if I had just given you a three hour ban at that point.

I was going to bed at 1AM est in either case I would not of felt the consquences. In any case the ban reason/note seems to suggest I left because I was going to be banned as if I could avoid it by leaving. That was not the case.
