Reason for ban (If you have a Permaban, it should be the EXACT MESSAGE YOU GET WHEN YOU LOGIN with the Error code that looks like this: X##XXX##. If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned): Reason I was job-banned from xeno is because an admin got upset that I killed an infected host, even though the guy wasn't nested like the rules say. The Queen also did NOT say killing wasn't allowed. I know we can infect but we can kill too, I didn't break a rule and got punished.

The admin then had no ground to stand on so he used the don't be a dick rule cause I killed a marine. -.- Pretty sure we follow the Queen's orders as long as it doesn't break rules or our own instincts as long as it doesn't break rules.

It looks like this job ban was placed in addition to being disrespectful to staff. I've seen you metagame as a xeno multiple times, as a larva hiding behind drop ship doors to go up to the Sulaco to evolve into a drone and kill doctors and such. You've stopped doing that since I've talked to you but what has changed since then?

I placed this jobban. As I recall you were killing hosts that other xenos were hugging because you thought it was fun and it wasn't explicitly stated in the rules that you couldn't. I banned you on the grounds that you were buddy fucking your teammates who were actually trying to infect the marines and were doing everything in their power to keep you from beheading them. The hosts you were killing were unconscious and defenseless, the xenos were trying to drag them to a nest. This not only breaks our roleplay guidelines for xenos, but it also breaks arguably the most important rule on our server: Don't be a dick.

In addition: FreeMySoul banned you because you were being a jerk to me. I wasn't gonna ban you for that, but Free decided to.

Your allowed to kill but what you did wasn't just kill. You purposefully killed two marines who were hugged and being DRAGGED to nests.

It's really the queen's decision on if I should kill or not, not even yours. You intervened and banned me for a rule that shouldn't apply to xenos. "Don't be a dick". They're aliens designed to infect and KILL. Why wouldn't killing marines be fun or vice versa? They we're unconscious and defenseless, but we're they nested? Naaaah. Who even gives a shit? That happens all the time. Players need to suck it up and stop crying when they get wrekt by xenos or vice versa. That don't be a dick rule is silly because EVERYONE on that game has their dick moments. You might as well ban and punish everyone. Idk if you want players to be like pansies and suck all the fun away but that's a no go, Sarge.

Happens all the time. Only stops when they tell the Queen, "hey 7*** is killing the host. Tell him to stop". Or "Queen said infect, don't kill". Orders weren't given.

So what rule did I actually break? Ruin their work, lol. WHAT WORK? ANYONE can drop a facehugger and let it jump on a marine or tackle/stun and put it on them.

3.) Do not harm nested hosts unless you are the Queen, within reason - Killing a nested host at ANY TIME is a bannable offense, and don't un-nest just to kill. It's counter-productive to your cause of growing the hive. If a marine escapes the nest and uses a weapon to resist, THEN you may kill them, but you should try to tackle and renest them. Remember: The more hosts you get and keep alive, the bigger your team. EXCEPTION: The queen MAY kill any marine she wants at any time, provided she has an RP justification (if asked by the admins). This power does NOT extend to aliens following the Queen's orders.

This includes all OOC forms of racism, homophobic slurs, all other demeaning language with the intent to harass another player. This is combined with your attitude towards staff. Arguing with a staff member will more than likely get your punishment increased, and any report you make AFTER arguing might be thrown out because your punishment will be seen as deserved. But, if you start shouting "NIGGER KIKE FAGGOT" IC, you can expect bad things to happen to you.

Looks like you're picking what you want cause rule 3 wasn't broken. They we're never nested, just knocked out. Who told you or where do you see anyone say they we're nested my guy? Read the shit before you comment. Rule 1 will apply to every situation so I accept that

Ah, I see. I misread the original post I thought it said you did kill a nested host. I apologize for that.

But if you are still going out of your way to behead infected hosts and your teammates are telling you to cut it out you really should of because it could be seen as griefing your own team.
