New AI voice for ARES v3.2

ARES, the Artificial Risk Evaluation System, is now installed on the USS Almayer. Thing is, he probably shouldn't sound female during certain announcements.

Going with TTS (Text-To-Speech) voices on various websites doesn't seem to be a wise option since one of the websites I've used within the last few months has taken down their entire TTS system, which means we'd be reliant on whichever TTS website we chose to stay online if we wanted to make new voices down the road.

As such, I've volunteered to take a shot at being the new voice of ARES myself, and I have a handful of variations for you all to listen to and give your opinion on.

The original Alien movie had the following AI voice as MOTHER (1:10): https://youtu.be/UYWSMe_97i0?t=1m10s.
Alien: Resurrection had the following as FATHER: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qGSOW1TzYx8.
We don't get to hear the AI in Aliens, nor in the Alien: Isolation game (APOLLO). These are something to keep in mind, but that doesn't mean that this is what we're going for - ARES doesn't need to sound like them.

Can I suggest a mix of the Vibrator and Borg options? They're both pretty good but I'd like to hear them combined.

The "Deep" voice reminds me of the original SS13 "Welcome to the Syndicate" sound that played for traitors.

I wouldn't mind having Deep and Echo mixed but if that ain't an option Deep works just fine.

I think I kinda like deep the most, mix it a bit with echo to make it feel big and ominous and I think it'd be pretty good.

I like Borg and Vibrator though I have to admit Vibrator is a little too, idk, light? Low? For me.

I like vibrator. It sounds really cold and metallic, and fits better with the theme of the AI being old and primitive, lie MOTHER.

Yeah, it does sound similar, but if you listen closely you can hear both tracks playing over the other at about the same time.

The Borg voice is done using a completely different method called "Paulstretch" in Audacity. I just sorta stumbled onto it.
